Day 1 - Depart to Zagreb, Croatia.

Day 2 - Arrive Zagreb airport of Croatia.

Day 3 - Zagreb Food tour (Guided walking tour)

Get to know some of the most representative Croatian dishes from various regions, their tradition and preparation. It is so much more than a food tour and definitely not your usual city tour. You may not be so familiar with Croatian cuisine than with its story, but after this tour you will definitely want a recipe for each of the specialties served along the tour. By the end of the tour you’ll have sampled up to six traditional Croatian dishes and have drunk up to four glasses of wine. Get familiar with the distinctive tastes of each of the five regions, enjoy the most typical wine samples that pair best with traditional dishes and learn a considerable amount of local history and culture.

Day 4 - Visit Plitvice Lakes National Park and Rastoke

Discover one of the oldest and largest national parks in Croatia. The unity and harmony of the 16 lakes here and their rare natural and cultural value is not only famous throughout Croatia but also worldwide; earning this remarkable national park a coveted place on UNESCO's list of World Heritage sites. Arriving at Plitvice, you'll walk through these ancient woodlands. The path takes us first across Gornja Jezera (Upper Lakes), a system of 12 lakes separated by travertine barriers. Wherever you are in Plitvice, it is easy to see why its travertine marble formations are such an extraordinary natural phenomenon.

Day 5 - Kumrovec, Trakoscan Castle and Varaždin

A visit to the Croatia Upland and a journey through the country's history. Our first stop is Kumrovac, Tito’s birthplace. A village that shows where this world leader comes from, his background and where everything started and an opportunity to explore typical architectural. Imagine and enjoy well presented historical periods from the 13th century to Baroque, Rococo and Classicism. Stroll along the beautiful and pristine parks in Croatia with rich vegetation and fascinating panoramas. Of course stops on the way for snacks, lunch and taking photos.

Day 6 - Private transfer from Zagreb to Ljubljana

Day 7 - Alpine Fairytale

discover Slovenia's most spectacular natural sites – the famous Alpine jewels of Bled, Bohinj and Vintgar Gorge together with the medieval town of Skofja Loka. From Ljubljana to the Alpine region below the Julian Alps we reach Bled, the magnificent Alpine resort. Ascend the old castle perched on top of a steep cliff above the glacial Lake Bled. The castle terraces offer spectacular views of the lake and its tiny island in the middle. Take a boat ride with ‘Pletna’ – traditional boat made by locals and reach the only true island in Slovenia. Continue to the impressive Vintgar Gorge nearby Bled, one of the most stunning natural canyons, where a wooden path takes you along the rushing Radovna River, through the picturesque gorge and ends with the 13-metre-high waterfall Sum.

Day 8 - Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle

The mystic underground of the Postojna Cave, most prominent karst cave in the world, with the Predjama Castle, listed among the Guinnes World Records as the largest cave castle. The guided tour of Postojna Cave will consist of a ride by electrical train and a walk through beautiful underground passages and chambers with spectacular drop stones, pillars, limestone curtains and other natural stone forms. Continue to the idyllic village of Predjama, where you will be amazed by our fairy tale medieval Predjama Castle, famous for its dramatic setting in the gaping mouth of a cavern halfway up a hillside

Day 9 - Private Transfer to Ljubljana Airport
