Itineraries
Day 1
Xining
Accommodation: Sofitel Xining 5★or equivalent
Meals: Lunch, Dinner
You leave behind the hum of daily life, carried by clouds to Xining—the “Gateway to the Tibetan Plateau,” where Tibetan and Han cultures entwine and endless paths unfold. After a short rest, you explore Shuijing Alley, a marketplace steeped in decades of life. Voices rise, spices swirl—every corner pulsing with the soul of the old city. As evening drapes the sky in gold, you ascend to Phoenix Terrace in Nanshan Park. The city below flickers awake in lights, while far-off peaks stand solemn and white. Here, we begin our “Sunset Meditation”. From this quiet height, you learn to observe without attachment. The noise of the world fades, unable to reach you here. You close your eyes and begin a slow, silent walk—just one kilometer, but inwardly, it stretches much further. With every step and breath, you let go of what no longer serves you. You begin to find yourself again—the parts you’ve forgotten, the calm that’s always been there. The sunset is no longer an end, but a beginning—itis a reset, the starting point of a journey inward.
Day 2
Xining — Qinghai Lake — Chaka
Accommodation: Diamond Star Hotel Caka Salt Lake or equivalent
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
You journey westward along the ancient road as dawn breaks. The wind brushes past your window, murmuring invitations to continue forward. Mount Riyue rises quietly into view — not just a boundary between lands, but a hidden emotional landmark woven into legend. It is the place where Princess Wencheng cast her longing into the wind. Perhaps you have once felt the same. Qinghai Lake lies quietly among the mountains, its blue unlike anything of this world. In its stillness, you rediscover a part of yourself. You trace the seamless line where sky meets water, catching a glimpse of the version of yourself you've long overlooked. Pressing onward, you cross the Rubber Mountains and arrive at Chaka as night descends. Night falls, stars awaken, and the universe breathes softly beside you. With a crystal in hand, you stand beneath the cosmos, letting your body sync with the earth's rhythm, you begin Star Meditation, listening to a silence you’ve never known. The Milky Way speaks without words, yet its gaze rests upon you. For the first time, you feel it with crystalline clarity: You are a singular point of light within its vastness.
Note: Star-Gazing Grounding Meditation—A ritual to align your consciousness with the universe’s frequency, guided by crystal energy and the night sky—anchoring you in the present and deepening your connection with the cosmos.
Day 3
Chaka — Chaka Salt Lake — Xining
Accommodation: Sofitel Xining 5★or equivalent
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Morning light spills across the land as we step into a vast mirror—Chaka Salt Lake. Legends call it a gateway between earth and sky, and in Tibetan, it means "salt pond." Here, boundaries dissolve. The skies, wandering clouds, and the salt lake merge into a single celestial mirror. Walking on the lake feels like entering the depths of a dream — or into those untouched corners of your soul. What you see here is more than a landscape; it’s your reflection—forgotten emotions, unfinished conversations, parts of yourself you’ve been running from. You stand still. The wind brushes past your ear, like a quiet voice saying, “Stop running. It’s time to face yourself.” On the road back, you rest your head against the window and close your eyes. The world outside grows familiar again—but the person gazing at the lake at dawn? That version of you is already gone.
Day 4
Xining — Kanbula — Xining
Accommodation: Mu Yun Xing Su or equivalent
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
In Kanbula National Geopark, red Danxia cliffs meet forested stillness—a landscape shaped by rivers, stone, and the quiet pulse of Tibetan culture. Drifting across Lijiaxia Reservoir, we hold a “Stone of Letting Go” ritual—writing our worries on a stone, releasing it into the lake, and watching it sink to the depths dissolving like shadows in water. Walking barefoot through the woods, your hands brush against tree bark while you listen—eyes closed—to the whispers of wind and birds. You stop trying to define healing—because you begin to understand: healing is not about fixing, but about being present. At Nanzong Nunnery, you join the nuns in their kitchen—washing, cooking, tending the fire. Every movement is slow and quiet, yet deeply grounding. This simple meal becomes a heartfelt conversation—between you, the land, and the self you've come home to.
Day 5
Xining — Gui De — Ta'erMonastery
Accommodation: Sofitel Xining 5★or equivalent
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Tracing the path of the Yellow River, you arrive at Gui de Geopark, where vibrant mountains meet the timeless earth beneath your feet. Walking through the valley, each step quietly affirms: I was here. At Ta’er Monastery, you turn with the prayer wheels. Ancient scriptures, incense, murals, and whispered wishes surround you like a gentle river, flowing quietly through your heart. No one tells you what to believe—but you begin to understand: true faith is stillness within, it is not about appearance. At night, we arrive at Lotus Lake for the final spiritual practice of this journey: singing bowl sound healing. Sitting by the water’s edge, eyes closed, you listen to the vibrations ripple like waves, striking the deepest chords within you. In those resonant tones, you return to yourself—your past, present, and future selves meeting in stillness.
Note: Singing Bowl Sound Healing Through multi-frequency resonance from metal singing bowls, this practice helps release physical tension and emotional blockages, guiding the brain into an alpha state that supports deep relaxation and emotional integration.
Day 6
Xining — Home
Meals: Breakfast
You step into the airport once more—your luggage is light, but your heart feels full. From that initial departure to gradual homecoming; From starry skies, mirrored lakes, mountain forests and temple halls, Back to city lights—You traveled far, yet never truly left yourself. You simply learned how to return to yourself. Life may not become easier, but you are no longer the same. You carry with you a sense of calm and strength that is your own. And even when the noise returns, you now know how to stay grounded.
